pack your OS environment

hi all, today I want to share about how to care and arrange of your file system and operating system.

neatness desktop and file system environment is important to me. So with that I want to share how I categorize each file and my software. See the diagram below hehe

downloading software from the internet it is common to me as a computer technician, so with
this I need a file storage system by category

but on my computer there are many more other things that need to be stored by category, such as office applications, games, videos, audio, photos and many more .. so I use a simple menu system as you see above ... how is it, Cool huh


I actually have more sophisticated software menu . beautiful and has a variety of functions (see image below) but I prefer to use the simple and cool menu hehe

for those who like to store video, mp3 songs and pictures from intrnet or camera, make a folder and give the icon above, .. em for files that no category, you make a folder on desktop and name it Temporary or anything just like i did (look picture below) , unheard file input could be arranged here so you do not clutter the desktop surface

Okay, that's it so far. please note, all files, software, songs, pictures, documents, etc.. Please keep in another local drive to avoid trouble transferring @ backup file in case you want to format, Drive C:, thank you for reading.
