Terma dan Syarat:

person in charge must sign a letter of contract to subscribe for our services in a period of six (6) month.

if you want to terminate your subscription for this services must submit your termination notice two months before your termination.

every monthly payment must be paid on the first attend of our staff on their first maintenance every month.

maintenance session will be done two times every month depends upon customer request (max 2 session).

additional fees may occured if TBC called to fix your computer and if the services happend not on maintenance session.

maintenance services are not included if theres damages of your computer component. 

maintenance services only for operating system and computer program. (it will not included with physically computer component).
